I finished The Wild One by Danelle Harmon which is currently free on kindle. Now I'm reading The Game and the Governess by Kate Noble.

I finished The Winter Bride by Anne Gracie which was good but glossed over some areas too easily. I also read The Virgin of Clan Sinclair which was a nice change from other heroines - just a normal girl who finds her own voice.

I finished Pure and Simple by Patricia Ryan on audio, did not live up to the good reviews in my opinion, but I got it for less than $4.00 at audible so I gave it a shot. I barely liked a single character in the story, but still plugged away with it. Not a bad premise, but there were just too many little things about it that bugged me which made it amateurish and predictable.

I am reading Concealed in Death by J.D. Robb. So far, I am loving it - but then I'm a sucker for Dallas & Roarke.

Well, I gave up on The Game and the Governess, I almost never stop reading books, but this one of them. I could not get into and found none of the characters interesting and the scenario (prince and the pauper trading places) was hard to follow, hard as it seems. I also just finished Line of Scrimmage by Marie Force. Ok, not as good as I thought it would be. Now I'm beginning Zemindar by Valerie Fitzgerald and The Hidden Blade by Sherry Thomas.

I read The Masterful Mr Montague which is the first good Stephanie Laurens book I've read in a while; this one felt like she was writing something new!

Finished: Jane Austen's First Love by Syrie James
James's new novel about Jane as a 15 year old at a house party

I finished My Beautiful Enemy by Sherry Thomas which I really enjoyed. Much tamer than her previous novels with more action/martial arts adventure to it. Now I'm reading Instant Gratification by Jill Shalvis.

Nearly finished reading an e-book Unconventional Desires by Victoria Louise Sadler. Some adult prose in the same vein as 50 shades, definite romance, some humour. Would recommend.

I finished The Trouble with Highlanders which was good but depended a bit too much on the prior book. I don't always remember the details of all the books in the series and its frustrating when authors think i do.

Half way into Desperate Duchesses by Eloisa James. Looks to be first in a series.

A couple days ago I finished Soul Song by Marjorie M. Liu which was enjoyable. Now I'm trying The Dim Sum of All things again which I originally gave up after the first couple pages.

I re-read and finished Outlander again for the upteenth time - still as fabulous as ever! Now it's all fresh in my head for the series.

I have been watching the series ktleyed. It's actually pretty good except Jamie's hair is not red enough and Claire is a little too skinny (but I think I am being nitpicky).

I'm reading A Rake's Vow by Stephanie Laurens.

#17 I think the casting is perfect! IIRC Jamie's hair is not a carroty red, I think if they made it redder on him it would look too fake. The actor is a natural blonde and I'm Simply pole axed by how much he looks how I imagined Jamie.

#19. Don't me wrong. I love the characters & anyway they grow on you. I think they have done excellent casting.

#19 - don't worry, everyone's entitled and has their own vision of the characters. I know I sure have! As much as I think this Dougal is good - he's sure not MY Dougal! :)

I watched episode one for free on the Starz website. Have not watched any of the others as I don't subscribe. I liked the first though.

I liked the first one so much that I subscribed to Starz at least for the duration of the series. It has been really good so far (love the Jamie character). If they do all the books though, it might be a lifetime subscription : )
