This was a fiction book I read about seven years ago, though it might have been released earlier than that. I read it in softcover and bought it from Borders. The premise of the story is that Earth is invaded by these dinosaurs. Or reptilian like dinosaurs. And the only way to beat them is to use really souped up Panzer tanks (since it takes place in Germany). The autobahn is in the story, etc, etc. But they know that the only way to REALLY beat the dinosaurs is to revive dead Nazi tank drivers. So it's basically revived Nazis in uber-Panzers fighting against dinosaurs in modern day Germany.

Google Books result:
Dinosaur Wars: Counterattack (book 2 in a trilogy by Hopp) Thomas P. Hopp
When dinosaurs return from outer space, humans become the endangered species. Star Wars meets Jurassic Park in a science fiction thriller that recalls of H.G. Wells' classic, The War of the Worlds.
Dinosaur Wars: Earthfall seems to feature tanks on the cover. (If this is it, good news, Kindle Price: $0.00)

No, it's not that, though it does sound a little interesting. The key part here is that the main characters are Nazi tank drivers.

Not something by John Ringo or Eric Flint? Yellow eyes or Time spike maybe? Baen Books have published more than one book where the Nazis are the only possible force that can defeat the dinosaurs/aliens/other unstoppable predators so the present day society has to either go back in time to get the Nazis or unfreeze them from cryo-tanks or something equally preposterous. (I should stress that I've never actually read any of these books; all I know about them is what I've gleaned from the wonderful website goodshowsir.co.uk. Click on the Baen tag and let your eyes bleed ...)
ETA Watch on the Rhine or other books in that series might be what you are looking for.

Harry Turtledove wrote Worldwar about reptilian invaders, but it was set during WW2.
I found a candidate Watch on the Rhine that has Posleen reptilian critters, rejuvenation technology, and is set in the last decade and in Germany.

Bahaha! I knew you guys would find it. Watch on the Rhine is the book. And it was as awful as the book cover shows. You are awesome.

It really, really was bad. And the right wing crap was awful. But once I was able to get passed how STUPID it was, it was quite lulzy. And the action scenes were intense. I was a young college kid who wanted to read a really action filled science fiction war story, so for that, I wasn't disappointed. But God was it bad. Thank you everyone for finding this. Now I can add it to my list of "God, why did I read that?" book list.

A little pompous and hateful here? Can’t you just say you don’t like his politics without deluding yourself that you are somehow smarter than everyone else? It is a very good book that is well written. It has a grasp of history, strategy, tactics, perianal motivation and social duplicity that is totally lacking in most novels.

Who exactly are you talking to?
I've never read Ringo, and don't care to. I don't really know or care who's smarter than whom.
