Your first image isn't showing up for me!

And yes, you should get your beads out again. Except that means less reading time. Oh dear, decisions, decisions!

Hi Sacil! It's exciting to meet a new fellow creative here on LT! I just had a quick look at your website and the sketchbook project, and they both look great! Maybe I'll uploads some sketchbook pages of my own! In the meantime, I hope you get 2015 off to a great start!

Ah! Hi everyone! So I guess you can tell I've been too busy to log on to librarything. I hope everyone is well. I've thought about you even though I didn't get online. :) I have been reading/listening to books and trying to keep track. Had to get a new phone so I might have lost some of my list when I transferred everything.

54. Dexter by Design Jeff Lindsay

The Forgotten David Baldacci - I tried again and still can't finish a Baldacci book.

55. The Pecan Man Cassie Dandridge Selleck. This book is touted as a cross between To Kill a Mockingbird and The Help. It is, sort of, but it falls way short of the greatness of those two novels. The narrator learns lessons on discrimination and racial inequality, but in a very surface way. And some things she professed to learn didn't ring true with her behavior. She was still condescending without understanding that she was being that way, and it didn't seem like that was the author's intent.

The Light Between Oceans M.L. Stedman - Was too busy to finish this one before I had to return it. I will recheck it, though.

So I didn't make my goal this year. I only finished 64 books. However, it was a good year, very busy and full of changes. 2016 will be major. Please wish me luck! I hope everyone has a happy, healthy and prosperous new year!
