I think you can do this Madeline.

We agree! This should be a great year. I'm already off to a good start.
Books I've already finished are:
1. The Richest Man in Babylon George S. Clason - 158 pages - Fables. So boring!
2. The Uninvited - Liz Jensen - 307 pages - My husband also read this. The story is creepy!
3. The Bird Market of Paris: A Memoir - Nikki Moustaki - 244 pages - This was an LT Early Reviewer. I liked it.
I'm up to 709 pages.
I write reviews for all my books so you can get details by clicking through on all my finished books.

:D I like how you use a lady bug!

>4 OMBWarrior47: Hi, TJ! I've always loved insects...except for roaches and mosquitoes! :)
6OMBWarrior47
Oh dang you can come here to Minnesota then! Mosquitoes are our state insect I swear!
7SqueakyChu
>6 OMBWarrior47: ...but I don't like mosquitoes! I especially hate the Asian Tiger Mosquitoes which bite 24 hours a day and preclude me from enjoying being out in my backyard at all during the summer months.

Hi Madeline, you are doing really well with the reading, I think the ladies are leading the way at the moment. Hope you are having a good weekend my dear.

>8 johnsimpson: Thanks, John. I started out with some pretty quick reads, but I've gotten a little bogged down this week. I hope to pick up my momentum soon.

I failed miserably this year. Are you going to start a 2016 group?

Hi Madeline, sending Christmas greetings to you my dear and I will start a 2016 group. I will try and set the thread up on the 27th or 28th and hope to see you on it. Your page count is a good one my dear and remember it is only a bit of fun and we can chat about things. Sending love and hugs.

HI, John. Happy holidays!
I'll be sure to join your 2016 group even if I don't make goal because I'm curious about how much I'm actually reading.
Of course, I have to revise (read: lower a lot) my goal for 2016. Haha!
All the best for the new year!
