I read this book in February - I think it was published within the last 3-5 years, but I can't swear to that.
Teen girl works at a catering business and is secretly in a same-sex relationship with another girl she works with. The girl-friend plays lacrosse (or possibly soccer, but I think lacrosse) as does the main character’s sister - the main character goes to her sister's games only when the two teams are playing so that she can see her girlfriend.
The girls start going to a gay club in another town and after a few months the club gets raided and their parents are called, drama ensues, and the girl ends up coming out by screaming "I am a lesbian" in the halls during a pep-rally.
I really enjoyed this book and I want to recommend it to a friend, but I can't remember the title!
