It's cool, but I probably won't use the Take Inventory feature. However, I clicked on it from the Tag pulldown, just to check it out. Having checked, I clicked back on Tags in the pulldown and my Tag page reappeared. Then, because I wanted to check on some tagged items I clicked on one of my Tag-links but instead of going to a YL list of books with that tag, the Take Inventory page reappeared unasked-for. I've tried it several times, also clicking on Authors and other pulldown choices to try to 'reinitialize' it but still my attempts to go to a Tag-list conjures up the Take Inventory list instead.

Wait, not fixed.

Here are steps to replicate:

1. Start in Your Books.
2. Click drop-down menu and select "Take Inventory"
3. Click drop-down menu again and select "Tags"
4. Click on any tag from the displayed list

This will take you back to the inventory page, showing books with the tag you clicked on.

Not fixed. My "Your Books" is stuck in "Take Inventory."

I'm afraid I'm still having the identical problem as described in >1 Crypto-Willobie:.

I've refreshed; signed out and back in. Still no joy.

ETA

I set it back to Tags then clicked on Lists to the left. Back comes Take Inventory.

I set it to Tags then clicked over to the Talk tab. When I clicked back to Your Books I got Take Inventory.

Firefox (latest), Windows 8.1

>5 lesmel: I see what's going on here. It's not stuck, you just have to click on the "list" button twice (still a bug, just not stuck). Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Take Inventory.
2. Go to Tags, Authors, or any other option (aside from Take Inventory or List).
3. Click the "List" button.
4. The Take Inventory circles will still be in place, unless you click "List" a second time.
5. Refreshing the page does not clear the Take Inventory module, either.

>6 Crypto-Willobie: I'm also seeing the same thing happen as I described in >3 lorannen: again.

OK, maybe I didn't understand what you were saying in 3. Were those instructions to close TI?

...because after I set the pulldown to Tags again and clicked on Lists TWICE and then on Tags again... then when I clicked a Tag-link I was taken to a YrBooks list of that tag, as requested.

So I guess that 'closed' my Take Inventory? Weird way to have to close it. I just wont open it anymore.

Thanks.

Fixed.

It turns out when you fix a bug, you'd better not immediately delete those four lines for no good reason!

Yes, you're right, it's fixed -- even for me!
Now I can go in and out of TakInv without getting stuck.
Thanks.
