Very excited to have won Black-Eyed Susans, by Julia Heaberlin!

Woo hoo. I was one of the 15 out of 594 to win M.T. Anderson's Symphony for the City of the Dead. We're doing the WW2 time period on the Reading Through Time group's quarterly (July-August-September) read, so the Siege of Leningrad will fit in nicely with that, assuming I get the book from the publisher in the next month or so. Now I'm going to have to figure out which performance of Shostakovich's "Leningrad Symphony" is the best to listen to.

YAY! Food Whore by Jessica Tom. I can't wait to read it. Thank you so very much LibraryThing.

On the last days of July 2015 it is Out on the Wire: The Storytelling Secrets of the New Masters of Radio by Jessica Abel . Intriguing: a comic book about another medium written by a comic book theoretician.
19jeshakespeare
I wondered if I should just request that since I luv Christopher Moore but then I didn't want to be bookless either so I requested other books...

I have been selected for an Early Reviewers copy of The Big Bad Book of Bill Murray: The Man, the Movies, the Legend by Robert Schnakenberg from the July 2015 batch. Looking forward to reading and reviewing this book which also appears to have the alternate or final title of The Big Bad Book of Bill Murray: A Critical Appreciation of the World's Finest Actor.
Disappointingly I never received the above Bill Murray book and instead was sent Pop Sonnets Shakespearean Spins on Your Favorite Songs by Erik Didriksen in error.

36Limelite
Aaahhhh! Thousand Pieces of Gold by Ruthanne Lum McCunn, which has become (I guess) a modern classic originally published in 1981 and made into a well reviewed movie in 1991. The book purports to be based on the historical figure, Lalu, who became Polly Bemis after being sold as a sex slave from her native China to a saloon owner in Idaho in the time of the Old West.
37browner56
I snagged A Walk in the Woods by Bill Bryson. I love his stuff and, although this is a reissue of an old title, it is one I have not read yet. Thanks LTER and Crown Publishing!

It doesn't look like anyone has received it. Noone has reviewed it yet.
The place to report that is at the top of the ER list. Go into the Books you've won. You can also post in https://www.librarything.com/topic/190584, but that should be as well as in the ER system.
