Blank covers not displaying on series page

Books that have no work-level cover get no image at all on the series page. In Chrome, they at least get a title, but in IE9 they get nothing:

Same in iOs 8 (Looks like Chrome)

OSX 10.9.5 on the mac with safari looks the same.

Issues of cover not showing on either series page, currently on Safari/iPad: work 16674705 (http://www.librarything.com/work/16674705/book/122806020). "Show all" reveals other covers with issues: http://www.librarything.com/series/Upstairs%2C+Downstairs and http://www.librarything.com/series/Upstairs%2C+Downstairs+novelisations

Same thing is happening for Tag pages. Example: http://www.librarything.com/tag/antiques

Yeah, this is an ongoing and really ugly bug.
