Harlequin from 1990s? Arranged marriage scenario

Harlequin 1990s book about an already married couple, in an arranged marriage, in Australia (I think). She owns a boutique and he is a wealthy business man (of course). A spoiled woman who is the niece of some peripheral characters in the book, decides she wants the husband begins to harass and stalk the wife. I remember a scene where the wife and the crazy lady meet up in a nearby sandwich shop and the crazy lady slaps the wife. I have no idea why but this book is stuck in my head and driving me nuts trying to find it!!

Definitely a Helen Bianchin book. Do you remember any more details? Her books are more or less like how you described.

Hi. Thanks for the response. There was an old boyfriend of the wife that crazy lady brings to a dinner party in an attempt to cause problems. I think crazy lady also tries to run down the wife with a car at some point. I'm going to start trolling through Helen Bianchin books to see if I can find it. Thanks!

Yay! Thanks for letting us know you found it. Apparently I read that book in 2011 but I don't remember the details at all so I would've been useless if you didn't find it yourself. XP
