Non-English Site Issues Remaining from Aug 17 Technical Issues

Still broken on non-English sites (.nl, .de, .fr, .es, .it tested):
1. Adding Books (http://www.librarything.com/topic/229174#5694628)
2. Universal Import page (http://www.librarything.com/topic/229304)
3. All export types
4. Uploading images - profile, Local, (not able to test book cover images, since no books in test accounts and can't add books)
5. Site search (http://www.librarything.com/topic/229314)
Update: not happening on athena. Should fix if we just change the DNS for non-English sites.
