Applejack
Roses sweetened line juice
Cranberry Juice

THANKSGIVING SPECIAL
on the rocks
Apricot Brandy
Dry Vermouth
Gin
Lemon Juice
Garnish with a cherry

PUMPKIN EATER
on the rocks
Light rum
orange Curacao
Triple sec
Orange juuice
cream

CRANBERRY APPLE MARTINI
Cranberry Vodka
Sour Apple Pucker
Cranberry juice

Any other wine suggestions to go with our large American fowl?

American, of course. Usually Oregon - pinot, noir or gris, works well. The wine is the only thing the flesh-eaters and the plant-eaters agree on. I even have to make two sets of each pie: my sister can smell a butter crust from a mile away, and won't go a step closer.

I was in the mountains last weekend and saw three wild turkeys running around that looked just like they had posed for the bottle for the other type of Wild Turkey which put me in mind of this thread. So, the bird is being served up with...?

Here's a new turkey day drink recipe.

Burnt Turkey
1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Cinnamon Schnapps
Add ice to glass, pour both ingredients. Stir and garnish with 1-2 mints Leafs.
