Problem combining, bug in new feature?

I am trying to combine https://www.librarything.com/work/5303767 and https://www.librarything.com/work/18864809. I am getting the following error message:

The problem is, i have looked at the work relationships for 5303767, and there are no errors. The work is a book of short stories, and it does contain the two short stories.

This seems to be a new feature bit it's not working right.

I just got the same error when trying to combine https://www.librarything.com/work/12070095 and https://www.librarything.com/work/14889756 together. There doesn't appear to be any error when I look at the Work-to-Work Relationships (though I have never done any work with those so I'm not knowledgeable on that function of LT). I have no idea whether this is a blanket problem when trying to combine a work with a "Contains" or something specific to these cases.

The bug also seems to be affecting nonerroneous abridgment work-relationships:

Okay, problem fixed.

The problem was every line that had "— error." These were occasions it was seeing a contains relationship between items when it was a contains relationship outside of the items.
