emotional love story or harlequin title. appreciate your help.

I need help with a book title. I can't remember the author or title, but I do remember some details of the plot.
the book starts with a dying man in the hospital telling his brother that he had lied about sleeping with his then brother's girlfriend around 5 to 6 years ago. When the main character goes to apologize to the lady he is shocked to see that now he has a son who looks like him. they argue. i think it is a Harlequin romance but i am not sure.
can anyone pls help me?

I was originally thinking The Paternity Affair by Robyn Donald but it doesn't quite match.

The Emma Darcy title is the one that also comes to mind for me.
