Romance, guy in love with brothers wife

Hi all I am hoping you can all help me figure out the name of this book as it has been driving crazy

I was 1 story in a book of 3 stories which I believe was called 'he's having a baby' or something similar I am not sure if this story was published separately aswell or just in this triple book

The general plot of the story as I can remember it, was this guy was in love with his brother's wife his brother treated her poorly but in the eyes of their mother could do no wrong but the mother hated this brother (turned out later he wasn't hers but a result of an affair the father had had)

Anyway the wife became pregnant but the brother/husband died the other brother looked after the wife disguised as being helpful brother in law but was really because he was in love with her

We later learn that his brother and the wife were using in vitro to convince and the brother had asked his brother to give a sample so the baby the wife was carrying was actually the brothers and not her husbands

by the end of the story they are in love with each other and married I believe hope all this makes sense
