What's the expression I'm looking for that applies here? - oh, yeah "Too god damn fucking incredibly stupid for words." I.e., "Putin's Bottom" tried his darnedest to vote in the recent NYC mayoral race but his absentee ballot was rejected because he got HIS OWN DATE OF BIRTH WRONG. ..... So this is it, folks.
