Plot: Three (?) kids living in a mansion (guarded by some sort of alligator I think) get a new nanny. They're always mean to their nannies. They talk about how they're going to get rid of her...
The villain (not the nanny) has a super long nose- 'It entered the room a full minute before the rest of him did'
It's written very humorously and there are a few gruesome moments, one moment happens in their basement when a bad guy gets eaten or crushed by (I think it was) one of the house's guard alligators.
Probably published within the last 15 years or so.
Book's intended audience- Ages 9-15
Not a very long book. I recall it being a relatively thin paperback.
