LT Store "Donate" button failing

@pammab, can you tell us what operating system (i.e. Windows 7, etc.) and web browser and version (i.e. Google Chrome 70) you're using when trying to use the "Donate" button in our Store? I should be able to look into this further with more specifics. Thanks!

I am using Firefox for Windows 70.0.1 and following the link at https://www.librarything.com/more/store -- PayPal says there is an issue and I should perhaps try again later. I also tried Edge, but Edge says it has a "known issue with PayPal" and suggests using another browser. I usually expect failures to be related to one of many browser privacy add-ons in Firefox, but I was able to pay for SantaThing without issue via PayPal using the same Firefox+add-on configuration on my end, and I have used PayPal with the same browser configuration for other purposes too. Could there be a clue in how the the Donate and SantaThing PayPal configurations are distinct from each other?

I turned off all extensions and used an private window, and still no dice for me. I have to imagine it's something involved in the code or configuration for the donation link relative to the code for the other uses of paypal...

Paypal via mobile Firefox succeeded.
