I'm trying to remember a book I read maybe 10/15 years ago. It was a science fiction novel in a futuristic world about teen boys that were twins in appearance but had very different personalities (one was more althetic/aggressive, etc.) They were very competitive.
Their dad was someone in a position of power. In the end it turned out they weren't twins but illegal clones of the father, and the father was evil and they ended up killing him by triggering his peanut allergy.
It sounds like a weird dream but I know I read it. The only other detail I remember is that everyone wore some kind of ID tag at the base of their throats, and they would decorate them with gold and stuff.
I remembered this book out of the blue and want to reread it. Please help! Thanks in advance.
