It's a collection of previously unpublished stories, titled Le Mystérieux correspondant et autres nouvelles inédites. They predate La recherche... by a decade or so and seem to focus on the problems of homosexuality more directly or overtly:

Hmmm...I wonder how long we Proust fans have to wait for an English translation? The Smithsonian article doesn't mention one. No sign of it (or the french edition, actually) up for order or pre-order on any of my sites

I'd expect someone to jump on it sooner rather than later... But yes, the Guardian also reported that an English translation has "yet to be announced":
