DON'T DRINK BLEACH

No smirking, no joy in self-destructive Trumparonia: people will die. My challenge: please go out and find one person who believes bleach is a cure and STOP that person. SAVE A LIFE.

Well, I would have assumed that it would be impossible to find anyone ignorant enough to believe that they should drink bleach for any reason whatsoever (apart from anything else, the bottles are usually plastered with warnings), but I take you seriously and I will keep my eyes open for an opportunity to stop someone.

I have seen Trump's actual speech/interactions with his health advisors several times on the news concerning using Lysol or whatever internally and what is very obvious is that he was using an analogy {a very weak one} between a disinfectant used on a table top etc. and some internal anti viral agent that would do the same. Except the problem is Trump couldn't think of the term "analogy" when questioned about it and decided to go off on some fabricated tangent as an explanation when pressed - as is his nature.

Notwithstanding I think it is good that the press and others are making it clear to Trump advocates that there is an error in ingesting or injecting Lysol etc. .....some are not the sharpest nails in the bunch,

He doesn't seem to get that the virus is not free-floating within the body cavities, but is taking up residence within the cells.

Interesting DB, glad you're okay now if I can assume that, but interesting because I just uploaded this Master Class lesson ten minutes ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfvMSVApiRs

You have a classic whiskey and cigarettes voice; reminds me of Rick Kogan a longtime Chicago newspaper and radio guy.

I got it from my gradmother, who went from soprano to Tom Waits in three boisterous weeks of sexual experimentation after a flower picking expedition led her to a commune out in the Driftless are of Wisconsin.

It's good to see what you look like and hear what you sound like, after interacting for so long only by the written word. Well done.

Trump 'can't imagine why' US disinfectant calls spiked (BBC)

President Donald Trump has said he "can't imagine why" US hotline calls about disinfectant have risen after he suggested injecting the substance to treat coronavirus...

During Monday's Covid-19 news conference, a reporter noted that the state of Maryland's emergency hotline had received hundreds of calls in recent days seeking guidance about Mr Trump's comments.

"I can't imagine why," the president said, moving quickly on. "I can't imagine that."

When asked whether he took responsibility at all for the increase in calls, Mr Trump replied: "No, I don't"...

This week I believe British political cartoonist Steve Bell is focusing on a mythical character named Hairy Droppins, based loosely on Mary Poppins... and someone else?
