Can't edit or delete a link on Author page

The option to edit or delete a link on an Author page seems to have disappeared. (Either that, or it's blindingly obvious and I missed it.) The option to add a link is still there.

I noticed this because the "Academic" link on Carlo Rotella's author page is dead and I wanted to delete it.

1. Go to /author/rotellacarlo
2. Click the edit-pencil in the Links section on the right to edit the links.
3. Lightbox shows no edit/delete option next to existing links.
