April Reading - What have you been reading?

I read a whole series of Natasha Boyd books starting with Eversea. These were a little more new adult and instalove (at least the first book) that I usually like, but for some reason I got sucked in my them. Warning: They are connected and the first book has a cliffhanger.

On deck for this week is: You Belong Here Now by Dianna Rostad. It is an ARC I got from Early Reviewers that comes out this week so I need to get that one done. After that I want to read Mariana Zapata's new book All Rhodes Lead Here and Jamie Bennet's new book The Hardest Cut

Have a good week everyone.

Although I don't have Netflix and haven't seen the show, nor do I usually gravitate toward historical romance I decided to try out the Bridgerton series by Julia Quinn. I am through the first 3. Very easy reading. I don't know that they are getting me enthused about historical romance in general, but I've been entertained.

I haven't been reading. :(
Work has been brutal - hoping May will be better. I know June will be!

>2 sdbookhound: I watched Bridgerton this month and I read the final book in the Bridgertons sequel series, First Comes Scandal, the other day. I've been a fan of the books for many years now and have read all of Quinn's other books too (minus one novella, which I will read next month). I'm not normally a big romance reader, but I've loved many of Quinn's books and I find that I've been reading a lot more romance novels since the pandemic started.

>5 Quaisior: I have read 6 of them now. I don't know that they are going to make me have the urge to read all kinds of historical romance, but I have been enjoying them. Thanks for commenting!

It is the last day of April tomorrow! Already!!!

I am currently reading Float Plan by Trish Doller and enjoying it. I also need to finish my last three Bridgerton books before they are due back to Overdrive.

See you in May
