Girl kisses best friend's boyfriend during party game

I read this book about 4 years ago. It's set in a high school. This girl kisses her best friend's boyfriend in a game of spin the bottle or seven minutes in heaven and they agree it won't happen again. The best friend doesn't know about it and keeps trying to push them together so the two important people in her life get along. This puts them in situations where they eventually fall in love. At this point the boyfriend already broke up with the girlfriend. I'm not sure I'm remembering everything correctly but that's all I remember.
