Currently, I am reading "Practical Psychic Self-Defense: Understanding and Surviving Unseen Influences" by Robert Bruce.

I'm reading The Social Construction of Reality: A Treatise in the Sociology of Knowledge by Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckman.

It's a little arcane (pun intended) for the casual reader, but if you want to understand consensus reality, it's great.

I haven't posted here yet (I guess I should post an intro) - but this topic sparked my insterest of course.

I'm finishing up Wicca 333: Advanced Topics in Wiccan Belief by Kaatryn MacMorgan
I'm also reading Early Irish Myths and Sagas by Jeffrey Gantz and rereading The Ancient Celts by Barry Cunliffe.

Teutonic Magic by Kveldulf Gundarsson

I'm currently reading "The Paganism Reader" edited by Chas Clifton and Graham Harvey. Also reading "Persuasions of the Witch's Craft" by T.M. Luhrmann.

Neither are light reading but both are really good so far.

I'm currently reading A Brief History of the Druids by Peter Berresford Ellis.

"Meta-Magick: The book of Atem" by Philp H. Farber.

It's about magickal practice via neuro-linguistic programing, neuroscience and ritual. Farber's main theme is that one can change reality by deconstructing language and word associations. He also deals with the creation of memetic entities. This book would be useful for practitioners of any path. It brings to mind a quote by E. M. Cioran, "One does not inhabit a country; one inhabits a language. That is our country, our fatherland - and no other."

I have 'A Brief History of the Druids' but I haven't put it in my list yet. I am sort of tired of entering books. :)
I am reading 'The Way of Wyrd". I read it part way years ago and never finished it and am reading it again.
I am also reading "Spirit Cord" by Rj Stewart and I just finished "Hedge Rider" by Eric de Vries

Have just started "Britain BC" by Francis Pryor.

I just finished AMERICAN SHAMANS by Jack Montgomery. Fantastic read. Anyone who's interested in Powwow, rootwork or backwoods witchcraft should check it out. Amazing.

Hi! I'm new to the group. Every since childhood, I've always had five or six books that I'm reading at any one time. At the moment, it's Kabul Beauty School, Zookeeper's Wife, Bleak House, Ancestors of Avalon, Der Zauberberg and Eragon.

Just received my copy of "Pagan Paeans: The First Anthology of the Pagan Poetry Pages" as published by the Pagan Poetry Pages. I've already tagged a few favourites. *LOL*

I'm in the middle of Raven Kaldera's Pagan Polyamory. It's quite good.

Reading Anne Rice's The Witching Hour. I've never read any of her books before, and I'm liking this one a lot.

Just started "Blood and Mistletoe" by Ronald Hutton for a book group of which I am a member.

I'm reading 7 Days of Magic: Spells, Charms & Correspondences for the Bewitching Week by Ellen Dugan.
Just bought it yesterday at the used book store after watching in interview of Dugan online.
So far so good.

Am now halfway through "Defences Against the Witches' Craft" by John Canard, an English root magician. So far, very good, packed full of information and, should the rest of the book continue to maintain this level of quality, it will become a firm favourite and I will recommend it to all. This book is a very well written, and reads like like a friend chatting to you.

I just finished Opuscula Magica Volume 1: Essays on Witchcraft and The Sabbatic Tradition by Andrew D. Chumbly. It's an astounding work. I consider this essential reading for those interested in Traditional Witchcraft.

I'm reading Blood Magic: The Anthropology of Menstruation by Thomas Buckley.

Read significant pieces of it -- still on my "to read" list. Agree with your statement!

Currently reading The Grimoire of Lady Sheba. So far it's very interesting and detailed.
