Unfortunately, we don't have a way to merge LibraryThing accounts. Your best bet for moving books from one account to the other is going to depend on how detailed your records are, and how much of that info you need to capture in the account you'd like to keep. (If you go either of the below routes, you can still keep your duplicates from your import options.)
You can see a list of our export and import options here: https://www.librarything.com/more/import. If it's just a matter of transferring a list of books from one account to the other, I'd recommend using the Excel export option, the copying in the list of ISBNs using our Universal Import feature. This will not capture your Tags, Call numbers, or other info—it will create a new record.
If you have more detailed data in the account you'd like to move books from, check out the Universal Import option's LibraryThing Sample file which I've included below. You'll need to format your data so that your file's columns match those in the LibraryThing Sample exactly. Please see our Help page for more information on how to follow our .csv import: https://wiki.librarything.com/index.php/HelpThing:Import.
I hope this helps! If there's anything else I can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask.

If you have more detailed data in the account you'd like to move books from
you are completely out of luck.
If you just want title, author, tags, and a couple other basic fields, the "Universal Import" that kristilabrie describes will work. If you actually want to import everything? Forget it. Start with the universal import to get the basics but be prepared to spend a lot of time editing to get the rest of your data correct.
