My daughter is looking for the following fiction book but the details are admittedly sketchy. This is what I think I know about it.
It was written by a teenage/middle school girl around 10 years ago.
She is a cheerleader at her school and has a digestive disorder that is a central theme in the book.
She has a good friend who also tried out as a cheerleader but who didn't qualify.
The book is not in your traditional format. The pages are filled with emails, texts, etc., kind of like a scrapbook.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Possibly: Eighth Grade is Making Me Sick, by Jennifer L. Holm, 2012.
It definitely has the scrapbook format and the Cheer Squad is a big part of the central character's year.
