Best Titles, Aviation: Memoirs

Among all the books written that touch on aviation, what are some of the best among the memoirs? I don't want to limit things too much, but "best" for me is about staying power - classics. I'm always looking for another classic volume to read and add to my library and crowd-sourcing is a great way to do it! I'll get us started with a few of my favorites in no particular order...
