The killer came across as a nice kind of guy in the roadside cafe, even leaving a $20 tip. How do you explain that when he is on a killing spree?

Serial killers are great at portraying regular good guys. Remember how many people were fooled by good guy Ted Bundy.

I just see this man as a cool, calculating type of man who can live in the everyday world. He may be on a killing spree, but it isn’t a crazed one. Apart from leaving a big tip, he probably wouldn’t stand out. (How many killers would stand out? Pity they don’t come with ‘Beware’ stickers on them, 🙂.)
