contemporary, light mafia romance

it is set in modern times, written before 2022, ya with two young people the girl is slightly younger, but she and him are more childhood lovers than childhood best friends. he is in the mafia, but it is pretty tame not really angst. It is part of a series,i think it might be an mc series, she is the younger sister or something of some other heroine, he flys her out on her birthday, but till shes of age refuses to sleep with her, but then once she is of age he still doesnt. I remember reading about them going to some club, and she was sitting with a bunch of other guys and he was jealous. There was also some scene of them when she was a baby. The male lead also has a sister.
