Identifying childrens’ author signature (or illustration)

My mother was a childrens’ librarian and received a number of signed posters from author/illustrators. There is one poster where we can’t identify the creator and the signature is illegible. I’ve tried many ways to try to figure out the name but I’m at loss. I’m hoping someone might recognize the signature or the illustration. Maybe isfdb.org can give a hint. I've found signatures for illustrators a couple of times that way.
