From what i remember it was a book on dares across the world. The cover was read and it had black and white pictures inside. It was split up into sections depending on the type of dare, and each dare had the place of origin, a note about its history/ how to play, and a rating out of 5. Some of the dares i remember were jumping in a freezing body of water, russian roulette, and opening your third eye.
