Small town romance book with brothers

The book is about a woman who moves to town because she is looking for her half-sister (doesn’t reveal to anyone in town until the end). She is a writer and is staying at inn in town. She meets the MMC when he comes to her room to fix her fan and she doesn’t hear him come in. The male character’s high school girlfriend died from an eating disorder. This a series with each book about a different sibling in the family.

The MMC was also a football player in high school. The story alternates between the past and present. I think MMC’s sister runs the inn with her husband. The sister’s story is the third book. I read the book in 2020 and it was released around that time
