Historic romance

Im looking for a book about woman that escapes her home with her two slaves when soldiers attack her home because there was a war happening, she leaves to search for her uncle, because he will be able to protect her. To be safe, she dresses as a boy and covers her face with a veil. in her way she is mistaken as a boy that will help the doctors in the hospital were they take care of the wounded soldiers. When the doctor visits her uncle, they sleep together, but her cousin sees her leaving the guest room and then lies that the doctor slept with her so the doctor is forced to marry her cousin. Eventually her cousin cheats on the doctor and the doctor Goes to the uncle’s home to tell the parents of the divorce, while there she faints and when he examines her, he realizes that the woman is pregnant, when the uncle finds that, he sends her to a convent, on her way to the convent, the doctor finds her carriage and stops it, he marries the woman and takes her to his home. She is afraid to tell the doctor that she is expecting his baby. Her cousin comes one day and finds her there and tells the doctor that the woman was the one that slept with him and she is carrying his child. Then problems start to happen between the woman and the doctor, both love each other, but he doesn’t trust her love and she doesn’t know how to tell him that she loves him.

I don’t remember the names of the characters, hopefully somebody can help me to find the title.
