The liver controls most chemical levels in the blood. It also secretes a clear yellow or orange fluid called bile. Bile helps to break down fats, preparing them for further digestion and absorption. All of the blood leaving the stomach and intestines passes through the liver. The liver processes this blood and breaks down, balances, and creates nutrients for the body to use. It also breaks down (metabolizes) medicines in the blood into forms that are easier for the body to use. The liver does many important things including:

Makes bile, which helps carry away waste and break down fats in the small intestine during digestion

Makes certain proteins for blood plasma

Makes cholesterol and special proteins to help carry fats through the body

Stores and releases glucose as needed

Processes hemoglobin to use its iron content (the liver stores iron)

Changes harmful ammonia to urea (urea is one of the end products of protein metabolism that is excreted in the urine)

Clears the blood of medicines and other harmful substances

Regulates blood clotting

Fights infections by making immune factors and removing bacteria from the bloodstream

Clears bilirubin (too much bilirubin makes skin and eyes turn yellow)

In situations like this, if it was a suicide attempt (which seems very likely), they would most likely have to send her to a mental hospital if she does not get any better in the actual hospital itself. This is due to the fact that if she went home she could potentially put herself in danger again and/ or put someone else in danger. I have had two instances of friends attempting suicide, there is the short trip where they are in there for at least a day to a week depending on the severity, and there is the long trip/ or (could be) permanent stay where they basically live there or are there for sometimes months. It depends on the situation though and the mental state of the person. If she is going to a mental hospital then that is actually incredibly good depending on the hospital. Some don't treat their visitors too well and tend to not let them have any communication with others nor the outside world, while others alow group activities and social interactions. It truly depends on her mental state whether she will be sent home or not.

(This is just based on experience please don't attack me :)

My home is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house. The bedrooms are all on the same side of the house, with the master bedroom being the furthest from the front door and the other two bedrooms being closer to the front door. The kitchen is in the middle of the house, with the living room being on one side of the kitchen and the dining room being on the other side. The laundry room is off of the kitchen and the garage is attached to the house.

>603 1hope: so usually i refuse to eat bananas but i wanted to see if what my brother said was true (what i mean by this is before i ate a banana and my body was in pain along with my stomach so i decided that it was the banana that did it) because he would tell me to eat the banana and i would refuse. so today (or yesterday on the day i wrote it) i decided to try it while waiting for the food to finish cooking, 5 minutes later i started feeling immense pain to the point i started crying i even went to google to search how to fix it and all they told me is to drink water and that didnt do anything. my eyes were red and everything so i had to move around thinking im dying and when the food was ready i lost my appetite because of the pain but i forced myself to eat and after a heavy meal it got better (it wasnt gone though but right now its gone thank god)

tldr; eating bananas cause me immense pain. i think im allergic but ill go do the research
