Years ago, I started to read this book on wattpad but it was not completed yet so I don’t remember adding it to my library and now I am struggling to remember the title and author of the story and it is driving me crazy.
The story is basically about a girl in high school, she was missing and then found but it is revealed that she is suffering from memory loss and she is now struggling to trust those who claim to be her friends and family. The story starts with the mc running away from her kidnapper and it kind of hints to the reader that the kidnapper let her go on purpose and then chapter one starts with her in the hospital with no memory at all. Her family takes her home and claim to have missed her along with her friends and bf but then the reader sees how the mc herself is unsure of whether she can trust them because she finds clues like a journal proving that in the past she was unhappy with her life. Also, I think she has some sort of relationship with the “loner bad boy” of the school before she went missing and he was a suspect for her disappearance but she finds comfort in him still which everyone else disapproves of.
That is pretty much all that I remember about the story. It honestly might be deleted for all I know but if there’s a chance that someone knows the story please let me know, thanks. I would really appreciate it.
