One of my favourites, I splurged on the exemplary edition as I love the novel, and really appreciate the effort and attention to detail which went into this edition's creation (even if it's not letterpress - can't have everything!).

I bought this on a slight whim, not having read it before, but thought it was absolutely fabulous. If you haven't read it but are on the fence, I would strongly recommend this! Like Warwick I opted for the quarter leather bound edition.

Along with Athalinthia Stories by W. A. Dwiggins which was shepherded into existence by Bruce Kennett, this is one of the most pleasant collecting surprises of 2022! I liked the aesthetics of the simple, clothbound standard edition and went that route.
