1Sturble
The story is about a man in 19th ish Century USA(?) who uses a spell to speak with his dead wife. During the conversation she reveals that he stiffled her creativity and she tricked him into bringing her back as a ghost because he was doing the same thing to their daughter. The gas lanterns in the house leaked, and when she was alive she always made sure a window was open to keep them from being overwhelmed by the gas. Since he had dismissed the servants for the night and not opened a window, the story ends with him about to die/does die.
