Can't find book.

So, I won the book All In! by Chris Bertish. It was great and I would love to review it, but when it try to add it to my library, it can't be found. How do I add it to my library and review it?

What sources were you using? It looks as though all three members who have the book catalogued used Amazon.com

You can always enter it manually. {Link is at bottom left of Add book page.) Libraries usually do not have books in their catalogues until they have received it, which can be a while after it is published. ER books are often made available before they are published.

Mid-Continent Public Library has it; but they aren't a source in LT...and I can't find connection details.
