Problem Combining Zero-Copy Work

Both are on my workbench, but the zero-work one does not show up as a potential when attempting to combine. An award and CK entries are stranded on the zero-entry work.
I've seen some similar issues with zero-entry works recently, but this is the first with stranded data.

>1 davidgn: I've combined them. Because the zero-work entry was actually a zero-edition it can't be combined on the workbench. It has to be done with the "secret" work-combining method.
