Found: historical romance book with unwanted wife

In this book,I want to say her name is valorie , her father commits suicide when she was young. She is sent to live with relatives who treat her like a maid. When she is older her father was buddie comes to visit and when she goes to ask for help he sleeps with her and then is forced to marry her. He never wanted to get married he wanted his twin brother to be his heir after a promise to his mother after his brother’s leg was crushed under a horse. I think the brothers name might be Nathan. He treats her very coldly and thinks the worst of her. She doesn’t eat very much and when she was supposed to go to dinner one time after getting ready she went and hid in a cellar sewing a pillow for a dog instead. Where he found her and brought her to dinner. She draws them pictures for their bday. One of the brother the other of the dogs. She does end up pregnant and they fight which cause the brother with the bad leg to say he never wanted to be an heir. I hope someone can tell me the name of this book I used to have it on my book app and read it every now and then but it just disappeared completely from my shelf. Really want to read again
