Who of us are writing A Book on Cabell?

At least one of you have confessed, in the past, to be writing (or have written) a book on our subject.

But I have forgotten.

Could each of the auctorial adventurers please remind me? I like to keep track of these things.

Only a couple of papers, but some of that may find its way into a future book--not one exclusively or primarily concerned with JBC, though.
