Hi,
What is most important to you when you start looking at a picture book, the text or the pictures? I have asked several people and they tend to have quite different approaches. If they are illustrators they hardly read the text, if they are authors or are working promoting books they read the text first and then the illustrations. But as you are INTERESTED in picture books where do you start?

I'm so visually oriented. Definitely the pictures.
I love the internet because I can trawl for beautiful images all day long. And then my daughter sends me links for even more.

One of the best features on LT is being able to view my book covers all at once.
