Unable to check items out to patrons

Around 10:45 i tried to check a book out to a patron. I entered the book barcode and TC brought up correct title. I then entered patrons's last name but TC did not return patron name for checkout. I tried again using patron id number, same result the patron's name did not display. I logged out of TC, logged back in and tried to check book out to patron. Same results...patron's name did not display. This is preventing us from checking out items. I was able to check in a book right before this happened. Earlier in the morning check outs worked properly. Not sure if it relates, but right before this happened I had just run the items not loaned report that was fixed for us.

3/2/2024 - Problem seems to have fixed itself... checkouts are now working.
