>1 Wootle: that’s very intriguing. I really like his art in Lyra’s Dorian Gray and the pictures I’ve seen for Lyra’s Wizard of Oz and Arete’s Frozen Hell. And I think the illustrations they show for this complement the story nicely.

Big Ernest fan here. Love the illustrations. The color scheme on the outside doesn’t jump out and grab me but give it time and I bet it will grow on me.

I agree, the illustrations are wonderful. Looks like the illustrator matches the author. Nice job by Easton Press.
