Im so tired of how much reassurance i need for my brain to leave me alone. While most people can go a week without seeing their loved ones & still feel secure in the connections, I struggle to remind myself that the connection can still exist even if the person isn't around for 2-3 days. Its so exhausting & I'm tired of feeling like I'm too much a burden for people to love.

Kids are still depressed even if they go to therapy. Just because people say they are okay doesn't mean they actually are.
