I was given the suggestion to read Jewish Pirates of the Caribbean by a person selling glass straws outside of the stores at the waterfront in Seattle. I don't remember how we got on this topic but he had been to Jamaica and seen all the suggestions/evidence that many Jews had settled there to escape the Spanish Inquisition etc. He also told me that Bob Marley supposedly had some ancestors that were Jewish. I purchased a straw and bought the book. Since this book is taking a long time to read, I will probably not be updating very often. In my next post, I will give you my impressions so far.
