Putting the photos into my pix here was beyond me; it looks complicated even in your instructions and the summer heat dome has rendered me a Fan of Very Little Brain.
Luckily, linking to his profile was easy since they sensibly give the instructions on the right side of every comment box under Touchstones. Just square brackets needed.

I will tell his widow that other people are "enjoying" the covers. She's a firm believer in the "speaking the name keeps them alive" and she'll be happy.
