I have 2-4 more by her coming up this week.

Noted. Also note I am deliberately NOT linking the author's name so as not to attract her fans, who will get all second-wave feminist shirty at us.
One of the best buttons I ever saw at a con read: "Lackey, Lackey, Lackey, get your adverbs here."

>8 GSSex-noob: I remember there was a goon show episode called "Ill Met by Goon-Light". That cover seems appropriate.

>9 haydninvienna: I doubt even the Goons would have been able to completely convey something quite as extravagantly... whatever the neck thing is. Though I can picture Sellers wearing something similar in a film/video project.

1: I'm not seeing any pie!
2: together, they fight crime
3: For some reason I'm thinking gender-flipped dr. Doolittle.

1. Maybe the pie is what made the giant blackbird so angry; would you want your compatriots stuffed into a crust for the lulz of another species? No.
Thus, death from above -- or at least giant bird droppings, eww. Which will be bad for her hair, dress, and lute.
2. Classic.
3. She must have powers since the snake would eat anything else on the cover, and the other critters would eat snakes.

Today's horror:

The L stands for Loser.
Do check out the Millennium/Orion version as well -- it's a bit more subtly colored, but there are weird pecs and/bicep plus wtf background details.
(one more to go in this batch)

16Sakerfalcon
>8 GSSex-noob: is by far the worst of these, IMO. It hurts my eyes! And the difference in scale between the giant ?elf and Elizabeth bothers me too.
Jody Lee can draw people and horses, which is more than many cover artists can, but she really likes to use every colour in the palette! And her choice of costumes is ... interesting.

Should we start a new thread for each picture, or what? Not sure what our new protocol should be.
Anyhoo, here's something.

Wow, that's a winner! Dude humping snake is embarrassed to be caught out by loudmouthed pterodactyl and hides his face in shame.
I think themed threads are reasonable. This one was started with an eye on an author, but cover artists and publishers are also good organizing principles. It would warm my heart to see some of the old GSS tags like "Ting!" and "Devil's Dumplings" as topics.

I'd kinda like this one just for Lackey. I've only got one more.
I'd hate to see that Haldeman cover get lost in this fantasy swirl.
@paradoxosalpha has good ideas.

>16 Sakerfalcon: The middle part is all of a theme, swirly pastels. But then there's that eye-watering DO NOT CROSS THIS LINE border, which... ugh.
You see why I had to take this picture.

>18 paradoxosalpha: Good idea -- I hadn't even considered our old tags. We need the "weird body parts ones".
I'd like this one to stay with Lackey, at least till I get my last one up later today.
I'd hate for the Haldeman to get lost in all this swirly fantasy. It deserves its own.

@GSS ex-noob; sorry. Shouldn't have intruded. Didn't really have enough for any one author for a dedicated thread...

The final Lackey cover that I have:
https://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/pl.cgi?31780
The PB and even the e-book is bad. Sadly, in all of them, you can still make out the truly extraordinary mullet. Same series, different artist as GSS' execrable "Music to My Sorrow". Hillbilly (Elf) Tragedy.
My hard drive thanks you for allowing me to free up this space.
I guess we can now resume posting pix one per topic. I have plenty more from an assortment over the years, she threatened.
