That waist string is really strong. Holding up his sporran/loincloth, the pouch of whatever, and a big knife.

I preferred Barlowe's Extraterrestrials.

@GSS ex-noob: I was young and stupid enough to send him a lengthy multi-page letter - with illustrations! letting him know what I thought he'd done wrong - and suggesting other alien species for a possible future edition. (strangely, he never wrote back)
