Unfortunately, I think I already know the answer, but... I have a seven language dictionary, and there's no way to add more fields of language besides 'primary,' 'secondary,' and 'original,' is there? I've set it to 'multiple languages,' but that's a little less satisfactory than being able to actually indicate which multiple languages there are.

Nope. One of the reasons I still add a language tag (or more than one) to my books when I get around to it.

There's an option multiple languages I believe, if that helps

Might not be ideal, but another option would be to list the languages in either the "comments" or "private comments" section. It would be separate from the main "language" section, and could be an issue if you wanted to add anything else in either section.
